Islamic cleric, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, on Friday, mocked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing him as looking "sad and exhaustedÔÇØ.

Gumi made the remark in a post on his Facebook page, where he wrote: "Netanyahu looks sad and exhausted! I hope Facebook is not offended.ÔÇØ

His comment followed reports that the Israeli government had approved the first phase of the US-brokered ceasefire plan proposed by President Donald Trump.

Under the plan, captives are expected to be exchanged, while Israel will withdraw from parts of Gaza.
