Fani Kayode, Shehu Sani React To The Killing of Soldiers, Others In Niger
Following the Killing of 43 persons including soldiers and the abduction of four Chinese in Shiroro area of Niger State, Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has in a tweet condemned such an act. He said the terrorists should be arrested and prosecuted.

Fani-Kayode's tweet read: "I condemn the murder of 43 people & the abduction of 4 Chinese in Shiroro, Niger State yesterday.

"My commiserations to Gov. Sani Bello & the people of the State. May the souls of those killed RIP, may those that were abducted be freed & may the terrorists be brought to justice."

Similarly, Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central Senator lamented the act of mining for gold in such a risky area.

"The terrorists' attacks in Shiroro LG, Niger State, that led to the kidnapping of Chinese miners and scores of people, also involved serious casualties on the security forces.

"Mining for Gold in bandit infested areas carries a huge risk."
