In this video attached below, the Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed justified the Federal Government's approval of N1.4B for the purchase of vehicles for Niger Republic, disclosing it was based on request by the Nigerien Government and the gesture is in Nigeria's best interest.
