"Anyone faced with fire can only be said to be equipped if they have the materials to fight it. A fire extinguisher at your doorstep makes you more effective than a fireman coming from 20 miles away. The governor is telling us to always be ready. Fire extinguishers should be within reach because the first responder in any fire outbreak is YOU," Nnanna said.
