As the Supreme Court of Nigeria begins hearing on the petition filed against president Bola Tinubu, by Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar, some stakeholders of the APC, are already on ground.

Those who are already present include; Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President, Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the APC, and Nuhu Ribadu, National Security Adviser.
Also in court is Umar Damagum, the acting National Chairman of the PDP.
