Abia North, Nigeria - Former Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Senator Mao Ohuabunwa, has openly commended Governor Alex Otti for the massive infrastructural transformation, especially on road projects across Abia North, declaring that the truth must be spoken irrespective of political affiliation.

Speaking during a meeting of Abia North PDP stakeholders which he convened in his country home in Arochukwu LGA on Saturday, August 30, 2025, Ohuabunwa, who is currently the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the University of Port Harcourt, said the realities on ground in Abia North cannot be ignored.
