Hon Iheanyi Frank Chinasa Represents Governor Otti At Japanese National Day Celebration

Abia State Liaison Officer to the National Assembly, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, recently attended the Japanese National Day Reception on behalf of Governor Alex Otti.
