JUST IN: Gunmen Attack Gov. Soludo's Community In Anambra | DETAILS
Unknown gunmen have invaded Governor Chukwuma Soludo's Isuofia community, in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State governor.

According to Daily Post, one policeman is feared dead in the attack which happened at a junction leading to the governor's house on Friday.

A source said the gunmen who were angered by the idea of stationing a security post in the area.

stormed the junction, attacking the operatives.

"The hoodlums stormed the area, shooting none stop, while residents scampered for safety.

"One policeman was, however. killed in the process,ÔÇØ the source said.

The spokesman for the Anambra State Police Command, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu could not confirm the incident, as calls to his mobile phone were neither taken nor returned.

The Friday attack is one out of the numerous attacks recorded in Aguata in the past few weeks.
