BREAKING: Gunshot, Stampede Ensue In Rivers APC Secretariat | READ FULL DETAILS
The screening of ward/delegate and state House Assembly aspirants in the Rivers State All Progressives Congress (APC) secretariat, have been cut short.

According to report, loyalists of senator Magnus Abe had filled the party secretariat located along Woji Road, GRA, Port Harcourt, on Wednesday, alleging that the screening had been hijacked.

Security personnel at the secretariat released gunshots when some aggrieved members who claimed to have been waiting since 6:00am outside the locked secretariat tried to force the gate open.

The gunshots caused stampede as people scampered to safety.
