HILARIOUS: Landlord Locks Electricity Distribution Company Out Over Unpaid Rent | READ DETAILS

The landlord of the building housing the Port- Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) on Thursday, May 20, locked the officials out over unpaid rent.

In photos shared on social media by one Stephen Momoh, the landlord of the building at Ogbumnabali, Port-Harcourt, was seen seating in front of the locked gate refusing PHED officials entrance.

The officials however resolved to use a car as a mini office, to receive payments from their customers while waiting for their office to be unlocked.

PHED officials claimed that they have paid their rent but the landlord was yet to receive a credit alert.

The photos have since caused reactions from social media users.

However, the PHED spokesperson, Chioma Aninwe who reacted to the incident said;
