The honorable member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, Hon. Amobi Ogah, has extended warm congratulations to his elder brother, Dr. Okechukwu Ogah, on his recent continental appointment as the Chair of the Pan-African Society of Cardiology (PASCAR) Heart Failure Task Force.

Dr. Ogah, a distinguished cardiologist from the Department of Medicine, University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, was elected to this prestigious position, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious medical career. By this appointment, he is expected to play a pivotal role in strengthening collaborative networks among heart care experts across Africa, and advancing PASCAR's mission to improve cardiovascular health through research, education, advocacy, and clinical excellence.

In his congratulatory message, Hon.
