Hon. Chinasa Hails Onu Ugu Women as Abia's Strongest Pillar of Support

The residence of Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, Patron of the Onu Ugu Women of Bende Local Government Area, was filled with prayers, songs, and renewed political commitment on Sunday, November 30, as the women held their annual end-of-year prayer session.

The gathering, which drew women from different communities across Bende LGA, focused on offering prayers for Abia State, Governor Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, the First Lady, Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti, and Hon. Chinasa, whose grassroots engagement continues to win admiration.

Hon. Chinasa, represented by Ebenezer Chukwuemeka Kanu, expressed profound gratitude to the women for their unwavering support and their steadfast loyalty to the vision of Governor Alex Otti. He praised their unity and consistency, describing them as "a formidable pillar of strengthÔÇØ for the ongoing transformation in Abia.

Kanu assured the women that Hon. Chinasa's doors remain open to all members of the Onu Ugu organization and to every supporter of Dr. Otti's administration. He reaffirmed Chinasa's commitment to community development, inclusiveness, and continual engagement with the grassroots.

Addressing attempts by detractors to undermine the gains of the current administration, Kanu urged the women to remain resolute.

He emphasized that the significant strides recorded under Governor Otti - from road reconstruction and infrastructure renewal to the free education initiative and various people-centered reforms - are clear evidence that Abia State is firmly on the path of progress.

The prayer session ended with renewed hope, as the women declared their unwavering commitment to supporting the government and prayed for peace, prosperity, and greater development in the year ahead.
