HON DESTINY NWAGWU ALLEGES COLLUSION BETWEEN INEC, SECURITY OFFICIALS TO DENY HIM VICTORY, PROMISES TO RECLAIM MANDATE IN COURT

In a memo made available to Abia Facts Newspaper, Honourable Nwagwu who alleged collusion between INEC officials, the PDP, and the security agencies, alleged that despite him taking a clear lead in the results collated by INEC in Aba, there was an alteration made as the results got to Umuahia. He however, charged his supporters to be of good conduct to ensure that those who have stolen their mandate return it by the instrumentality of the law courts.

The Memo reads:

Situation report in Aba North state house of Assembly. The good people of Aba North voted for me and my party APGA, we won our election in all the polling units in Aba North, collection of results stopped at 9pm on 9th/3/2019. Around 12.30pm on 10/3/2019 Mr Charles Esonu brought fake results from Ariaria with over 30 armed military personnel smuggled it in with the help of the military, he also paid INEC huge amount of money. Our supporters protested, some injured and has been taken to hospital. The REC called the EO to bring the result to Umuahia, we also followed them to INEC office Umuahia, when we got there the REC promised to look into it the following day, while we are going back to Aba they announced the result in favour of their preferred candidate. All our supporters should remain calm, we are going to apply legal means to recover our stolen mandate thank you.
