UMUAHIA, ABIA STATE - The Abia State Government's second quarter Executive Council Retreat ended on a high note as Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, the Liaison Officer to the National Assembly, hailed Governor Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, for his bold, visionary, and people-centered leadership.

Held at the International Conference Centre, Umuahia, the two-day strategic retreat themed "Sustaining Momentum: Leadership in Motion", brought together top government officials, commissioners, advisers, and technocrats to deepen synergy, align governance goals, and reposition Abia State for accelerated development.

Speaking after the retreat, Hon. Chinasa, who plays a critical role in bridging Abia's interests at the federal level, described the initiative as a "timely and visionary masterstroke" by Governor Otti, who has continued to raise the bar of public service delivery in Nigeria's democratic space.
