How Abia State N37.2billion Was Paid To Non-Existing Contractors - Gov. Otti Reveals | WATCH VIDEO

The governor of Abia State Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR, has revealed how N37.2 billion were paid to non-existing contractors for projects not executed including Airport Project.

The governor who stated this during his presentation and lecture at the JHU Bloomberg Center (Theater) in Washington DC United State of America on 19th April 2024, explained that N9.3bn was paid to seven contractors with no project executed, N15.9bn was paid to 63 contractors with no contract document anywhere in the files and that N12bn was paid to two contractors who executed no project.

Governor Otti further explained that from the N12bn stated above, N10bn was paid to for a non-existing airport.
