In a heartwarming and transformative milestone, the people of Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency are set to witness a new chapter in accessible healthcare as the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Umuahia Annex in Uturu is scheduled for commissioning on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

This monumental achievement is attributed to the tireless efforts of Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah, the vibrant federal lawmaker representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Constituency in the National Assembly. Through strategic advocacy, collaboration with relevant federal institutions, and an unwavering commitment to delivering democratic dividends, Hon. Ogah has successfully attracted this critical healthcare facility to his constituency.

The commissioning will take place at Achara Community Hospital, Uturu, the host location of the new annex, with Prof. Azubuike Onyebuchi, the Chief Medical Director of FMC Umuahia, expected to serve as Special Guest and Host at the event.
