#EdoDecides: How APC alleged woman leader beaten, rushed to hospital

Edo All Progressives Congress (APC) has alleged hoodlums sponsored by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have beaten up wife of its ward chairman in Egor.

The party alleged she was beaten for confronting the hoodlums who disrupted voting exercise at the polling unit.

In a tweet on its handle @OfficialPDPNig, the party multiple pictures of the battered woman undergoing treatment with some nurses.
The tweet reads: "@OfficialPDPNig thugs hijack electoral materials at Tipper Garage PU in Egor. The wife of our party chair who resisted was beaten black & blue. She has been rushed to the nearest medical facility.ÔÇØ

The location of the medical facility is yet to be verified by The Nation.

The Nation had pandemonium at Emokpae Model Primary School, Road Benin City, BU 19, Ward 04 where Governor Godwin Obaseki voted.
