How Kidnapped UNIJOS Professor, Husband Were Released | READ DETAILS

Professor Grace Ayanbimpe and her husband Mr Isaac, has been released from their abductors den.

The Professor, with the Department of Medical Microbiology, in the University of Jos (UNIJOS), was kidnapped alongside her husband on Monday, in their residence.

The police command in the state said, the couple were rescued barely 24 hours after they were abducted, with the aid of hunters and vigilantes.

Responding, the State Police Public Relations Officer(PPRO), ASP Ubah Gabriel Ogaba Said;
"With the Concerted effort of the Police Tactical Team, Plateau State Command, hunters and vigilantes, the kidnapped victims, Professor Grace Ayanbimpe and her husband, Mr Isaac Ayanbimpe were released unhurtÔÇØ.
