How Police Rescued Kidnapped Students, Staff In Zamfara | READ MORE
The Zamfara State Police Command, has rescued two kidnapped students and staff of the Federal University, Gusau.

According to a police statement signed by state Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Yazid Abubakar, armed men on October 14, at about 8PM, invaded a rented student residence situated on the outskirts of Sabon Garin Damba where they kidnapped the victims.

The police in a swift response, conducted a search and rescue operation and were able to rescue the victims while three of the kidnappers were arrested.

"Operations are still ongoing to apprehend other fleeing abductors" the police added.
