I AM GOING TO BE A VOICE FOR MY PEOPLE - UDEACHARA

The candidate of the the Peoples Democratic Party for the Isuikwuato Umunneochi, Honourable Jude Udeachara has promised to be the voice of the constituency if elected as member representing the constituency at the green chambers.

Honourable Udeachara who spoke on a special program 'Focal Point' on Abia Facts television, said the incumbent has been silent, leading to the negligence of the constituency as regards the siting of federal projects.

"When she got to the house in her first tenure, she was so silent that several projects eluded us. However, we allowed her to continue based on the party's belief in equity.
However, she has taken her bad representation to a crescendo by making our constituency a neglected one. First, our constituency has 90% of its projects as empowerment, which has given infrastructure a backseat. Our roads for the past twelve years have been neglected due to her silence.

"Looking at power, even her local government for the 12 years wasn't even connected to the National grid, making it a wonder how someone would be in such position of influence but still neglect her people."

On his plans for the people of his constituency Udeachara said, "I want to be a voice that speaks for the people, to bring our potentials in agriculture and several sectors to the fore as an attraction point for investments."
