IKPEAZU INAUGURATES COMMISSIONERS, WITH A CHARGE ON THEM TO BE AT THEIR BEST

Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has inaugurated his Commissioner designates with a charge on them to be at their best and contribute their quota towards the development of the State. Speaking at the International Conference Centre Umuahia, venue of the inauguration, the State Chief Executive while thanking God for making it possible to select the best and capable hands to pilot the affairs of the state, explained that their appointment is a call to duty as well as service to their state and fatherland.

The Governor who stated that they were chosen based on the strategic role they can play, further hinted that his administrative agenda strong and moving faster and urged the newly sworn in Commissioners to key into the system.

He stated that much will be demanded of them so that within the first month, it is expected of them to have achieved a good thing.
Governor Ikpeazu used the medium to urge their supporters to be praying for them and help them make the burden a little lighter on them, adding that lack of logistics should not be an excuse not to deliver at all.

In his vote of thanks on behalf of the rest, the newly appointed Commissioner for Finance Dr. Aham Uko thanked for making it possible, and Governor Ikpeazu whom God has used to make their appointment possible, promising that they will ensure integrity, good conduct, assuring that the Commissioners will assist the Governor to make things happen.
