Members of the outlawed Islamic movement in Nigeria clashed with anti riot police men at the Berger area of the federal capital city on Tuesday.

The shiite members were again protesting against the prolonged incarceration of their leader Sheikh Ibrahim El Zakzaky.

Some of the shiites group members were injured in the Clash as the police fired teargas and live bullets to disperse the protesters.

Residents and motorists at that busy part of abuja scampered to safety when the demonstration turned violent.
