In what may be described as one of the most strategic diplomatic engagements in recent times, Hon. Iheanyi Frank Chinasa, the National Assembly Liaison Officer to the Abia State Government, has taken bold steps to secure international collaborations that could uplift Abia State beyond national borders.

On a high-level diplomatic visit to the Embassy of C├┤te d'Ivoire in Abuja, Chinasa met with His Excellency, Mr. Kalilou Traor├®, the Ivorian Ambassador to Nigeria. While many assumed it was just another courtesy call, what transpired behind closed doors suggested something far more significant.
