ISU COMMUNITY REASSURES APGA HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY CANDIDATE DR. MIKE UKOHA OF THEIR MASSIVE VOTES

Speaking while welcoming the APGA House Candidate in his palace, the Traditional Ruler of Ike Isu Kingdom, Eze Ogbonnaya Eze hinted that since inception, his people have always pitch their tents on the side of the All Progressives Grand Alliance as a party due to their people oriented policies, pointing out that they will continue to do same in the forthcoming election so as to usher in a new era where the dividends of democracy will be evenly spread to reach people of the area whom he said have suffered a high level of neglect for so long and used the medium to bless the candidate and wish him well in his political campaigns.

In his speech, Dr. Mike Ukoha who was full of joy due to the mammoth crowd that gathered at the Communities Town Hall to welcome him, thanked them for their patience in the face of many provocations done on them as a result of prolonged boundary dispute between the community and her neighboring town in Cross-River State which has caused many lives and properties and promised them of his willingness to initiate laws that will bring the dispute to an end and make people of the area to leave in peace and harmony with one another if voted on March 9th, 2019.

Dr. Mike Ukoha used the opportunity to hint the people of his intention to advocate policies and programs that will call for partnership with local and international firms with a view to developing the immense natural resources in the area for the benefit of the people and for massive job for the youths and urged them to remain steadfast.

Reacting during the visit, a youth of the area, Mr. Kalu Ukairo called on the APGA House candidate to always remember the people if voted into power and come to their aid so as to make them to have a sense of belonging, pointing out that they will all vote massively for him as APGA remains their own.

Correspondents' reports that the APGA House Candidate and his entourage were earlier welcomed by youths of the community with their samba drums as they sing and danced in a victorious mood.
