ISUIKWUATO LGA: THE ELECTRICITY CHALLENGE OF ACHA COMMUNITY WILL BE OVER IN 30 DAYS - GOV. IKPEAZU

The suffering of Acha Community in Isuikwuato LGA in regards to road and electricity may soon come to an end as Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, has promised to solve the electricity problem 30 days and also assured the community that the road project which is on going will be expedited.

Governor Ikpeazu who spoke during the commissioning of a cottage rice mill located in the community stated that he was moved to construct the rice mill when he saw women from the community carrying unmilled rice to a neighboring state for milling.

Based on the information made available to Abia Facts News during the media interaction with the governor, it was revealed that other cottage rice processes plant was also established at Ofeme, Bende and Uzuakoli.

Governor Ikpeazu was conferred with the Chieftaincy title of Ugo Chi Nyere by traditional rulers of the community
