JUST IN: KEKE OPERATORS SHUT DOWN UMUAHIA OVER POLICE BRUTALITY, EXTORTION(PHOTOS)

Tricycle operators popularly known as keke napepe shut down the capital city of Abia State, Umuahia this morning.

The keke operators said they shut down the major roads in the capital city of Abia State, umuahia to register their grievances over what they described as dubious charges and police brutality on their members. You will be recalled that the state government relapse the operation time of keke in Abia State from 9pm to 7pm in other to checkmate the increase security challenges in Abia State and its environs.

They are calling on government to look into their plight and reduce obstruction, different types of daily tickets and police brutality on their members. At the time of filling this report, the government were yet to respond to their appeal.
