Late Elder James Onyemuwa Ezeri: Abia Speaker Condoles Family Over Death

Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, today at Isiala Oboro, Ikwuano LGA, commiserated with the family of Late Elder James Onyemuwa Ezeri over the death of their father who was popularly known as De Mazi.

Eulogising the late Ezeri, the Speaker described him as "a strict disciplinarian who raised his children uprightly, a humane and kind-hearted man, astute and God fearing".

"I know this because one of his sons, Emeka is my good friend and was the Best Man at my wedding. Whenever we visited Emeka, we hardly talked for fear of saying anything to the hearing of his father lest we got into trouble with him. That's how strict he was. And I'm happy that today, the children are a huge testimony to how well De Mazi brought them up", he said.

The Speaker prayed God to console the bereaved family and grant eternal rest to the departed.
