Late Osinachi Nwachukwu's Husband Speaks On Allegations Against Him |DETAILS
Peter Nwachukwu, husband to late 'Ekwueme' crooner, Osinachi has finally reacted to allegations that he physically abused his wife which led to her death in Abuja.

The popular gospel artist, was said to have died on Friday, April 8, as a result of throat cancer. However, emerging reports alleged that she endured series of domestic violence from her husband, who kicked her on her chest which led to her death after 5 days coma.

Speaking from police custody, Mr Nwachukwu denied having a hand in his wife's death, noting that she battled an undisclosed illness since November, 2021.

According to Nwachukwu who was arrested for suspected culpable homicide, he took his late wife to Gwagwalada General hospital, and later to National hospital, Abuja where she died.

Meanwhile, the FCT Police Command, have led Mr. Nwachukwu to his house to provide evidences showing that he took his wife to hospitals for treatment before her demise.

An autopsy is expected to be carried out on late Osinachi's body today, April 13 to determine the cause of her death.
