Lawmaker Thanks Nigerian Army for Security in Arochukwu

The Lawmaker stated this in Asaga Arochukwu, during the operational tour of assessment at Arochukwu led by the Commander of the Nigerian Army, 14 Brigade Ohafia, Brigadier General Solomon Tunde Kumapayi and his men.

Hon. Ukoha, hinted that the quick response of the military in Arochukwu, during the fracas between Amuvi and Asaga village, helped to calm down situation in the area.

Earlier, the host, Mazi Emma Kanu Ivi, thanked the Army Commander and his men on their assessment with regards to the Security situation in Arochukwu.

He promised to ensure that peace is returned among the two villages, so as to everyone live as one again.

Those in attendance during the visit includes Head of Nigerian Correctional Services(Arochukwu Division), General Kumapayi and his dear wife, DPO Nigerian Police Arochukwu, Mazi Ike Onu, Mazi Dave Imoko, Mazi Ikpo Okpara and many others.
