Lt Gen. Ihejirika Visits HRH Nasir Ado Bayero, Wishes Buhari's Son Happy Marriage Life

As one of the special guests invited for both the wedding fatiha of Yusuf Muhammadu Buhari, son of President Muhammadu Buhari with Zahra Nasir Ado Bayero, daughter of His Highness Nasir Ado Bayero and the formal coronation of His Royal Highness Nasir Ado Bayero as the 2nd Emir of Bichi, former Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Azubuike O. Ihejirika Rtd has congratulated the new family and equally wished the Emir long life, wisdom on the throne.

The events which was attended by President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, also had in attendance former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, numerous state governors and other prominent personalities saw Kano state flooded with dignitaries for the two day event.

On the sideline of the event, Ihejirika paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Highness Nasir Ado Bayero, Emir of Bichi after the coronation and the wedding of his daughter on 20th and 21st August 2021 respectively.

Bichi Emirate was carved out from the Kano emirate which was split into three emirate. The General and his entourage were warmly received and spent quality time with the Emir.
