"Man of exceptional Qualities", Abia Speaker Eulogises Eziuche Ubani on his Birthday

Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has described Rt Hon Eziuche Ubani, the immediate past Commissioner for Works in Abia State and a former Member of the House of Representatives, as "a man of exceptional qualities and service, not only to Abia State but also to humanity as a whole"

The Speaker stated this in a birthday message to "my friend and brother of many years, forthright in his ways and whose contributions to uplifting humanity are well documented"
