Manchester City complete Antoine Semenyo signing from Bournemouth as winger hails 'dream come true'

Semenyo joined Bournemouth in the January transfer window in 2023 and made 110 appearances for the club.
The Ghana international has netted 10 goals so far this season from the left wing, including a dramatic winner against Tottenham Hotspur in his final act as a Bournemouth player on Wednesday night.
"I have so much scope for improvement, so to be at this club, at this stage of my career, is perfect for me. It's a real privilege to be here," Semenyo continued.
"My best football is yet to come, I am sure of that. And City are in a great position - still involved in four competitions. I really feel I can help them have a strong second half of the season.
"The Etihad is my new home. I can't wait to play in front of the fans here and I hope to show everyone what I can do."

Guardiola's team face Exeter City in the FA Cup third round on Saturday afternoon before taking on Newcastle in the League Cup semi-finals next Tuesday.

Semenyo's move also means he will likely get to experience Champions League football this season - something the 26-year-old has long set as an ambition.
"As a kid you always dream to play in the Champions League. Thank God I've got that opportunity now," he said.
"Hopefully we get through to the next phase - it will be a dream of mine, to hear the music, to walk out on the pitch... It's a dream come true. I'm looking forward to it - I can't wait."
