Mayor Lucky Igbokwe Rejoices With Muslims Over Sallah Celebration, Sues For Peace, Unity

Abia State People's Democratic Party, PDP, governorship aspirant in the forthcoming General Election, Mayor Lucky Igbokwe (Don Lulu), has congratulated the Muslim community in Abia and Nigeria as they celebrate the Eid-el-Kabir.

Mayor Lucky Igbokwe who wished the Muslim community the blessings and guidance of Allah, urged Nigerians to love one another, and always promote peace in line with the teachings of the Holy Prophet Mohammed. He stressed that living a life of sacrifice is one of the basic tenets of Islam which we must imbibe.

The founder of the Don Lulu Foundation stated this in his Sallah message to Muslims in Abia state and Nigeria. He thanked Allah for His benevolence and for making it possible for us to witness yet another Sallah celebration, a period he noted should be used to reflect deeply on our lives as it relates to the lessons of the Eid-el-Kabir and the teachings of Prophet Mohammed.

"On this auspicious day, I pray for the peace and stability of the country as I rejoice with the Muslim community for the successful completion of the 2022 Ramadan fasting period,ÔÇØ Mayor Lucky Igbokwe said.
