NCC: African Children Give Their Views On Child Online Safety

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), have received the views of African children on Child Online Safety

The NCC is the independent National Regulatory Authority in charge of telecom industry in Nigeria.

In commemoration of the African Union Day of the African Child, which is celebrated June 16 yearly since 1991, the Commission in collaboration with Child Online Africa (COA) Ghana, distributed the question, "African Children's view matters - What is Child Online Safety to you?ÔÇØ to children across the continent, including Nigeria.

This was aimed at getting feedback of different children from different cultures and backgrounds about their view on Child Online Safety.
