NCC Commence Digital Literacy Training For Nigerian Youths | SEE DETAILS

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has commenced a 12 day Digital Literacy Training for Nigerian youths.

NCC seeks to undertake the Federal Government's policy direction on repositioning of youths for the digital era through a program on Digital Literacy Training of Youths for Job Creation.

This initiative which the Commission has embraced, is to harness the strength and empower the youths for self employment.

According to the Commission, Digital Literacy for youths on the platform of economic diversification through increased support for the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, will accelerate economic growth in the country.
"the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector of the Nigerian Economy has steadily increased its distribution to GDP, an indication of the increasing significance of the sector in the nation's economy.

The Digital Bridge Institute (DBI), will host the program in Abuja and Kano state commencing from August 2 -13, 2021.
