NCC: Danbatta Represents Nigeria In The Mobile World Congress in Barcelona

The Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Professor Umar Danbatta, has moved to Barcelona to represent Nigeria along side other global tech leaders and corporate executive officers in the 2021 Mobile World Congress (MWC) currently holding in Spain.

Mobile World Congress is an annual trade show organised by GSMA, dedicated primarily to the mobile communications industry. The event is held in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via.

Some of the attendees for this year's MWC include: Mario Maniewicz, Director, Radiocommunication Bureau, International Telecommunications Union(ITU); Hon. Timo Harakka, Minister of Transport and Communications, Finland; Amb. David Gross, Co-Chair, TMT Practice, and Wiley Rein LLP, Dr. Kamal Shehadi, Chief Legal and Regulatory Officer, Etisalat Group.
