NCC To Telecom Consumers: Call 622 Toll Free Line For Quick Complaint Resolution

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), has charged telecom subscribers to call the Commission's toll free line 622 for a quick complaint resolution.

The NCC is the Independent National Regulatory Authority in charge of the telecoms industry in Nigeria.
According to the Commission, telecom subscribers who have complaints must have reported to their service providers first. In a case where the service providers fails to address the complaints, the consumer can call the NCC for resolution.

The Regulatory Body said;

"Call the NCC's 622 toll free line for quick complaint resolution and general inquiries only after unsuccessful attempt with your service provider.

The Commission's toll free line is available from Monday-Friday from 8am to 8pm.
