NCDC Denies Spending N1bn On SMS

THE NATIONAL CENTRE FOR DISEASE CONTROL (NCDC) HAS DENIED REPORTS THAT IT TWEETED TO HAVE USED N1 BILLION ON SMS.
The Centre in another tweet, stated that the sms services have been provided by service providers for free.
