Nigerian Club Lobi Stars Dismisses Plans To Sign Ex-Man United Ronaldo

In what appears to be a banter, the Nigerian club side Lobi stars have dismissed any move to sign the ex-Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese captain and Manchester United earlier this week parted ways as the contract of the former was terminated on a mutual agreement after the explosive interview with controversial journalist, Piers Morgans where he criticized the club, Eric Ten Hag, and others.

Aware of the situation, the Makurdi-based side said the 37-year-old the club have no plans to move for Ronaldo, maintaining that the club have not made any contact with the player or his representatives.

While Ronaldo is with the Portuguese team for the World Cup in Qatar, he is expected to make a decision about his career after the tournament in the Middle East nation.
