Nigerian Referees Excel At WCL, Yemisi, Mfon Akpan To Feature In 3rd Place Final.

Nigerian Referees for the CAF Women Club Competition in Abidjan Akintoye Yemisi and Mfon Akpan have been appointed to handle the Third Place Game between USFA Burkina Faso vs Amis du Monde of Togo at the Abidjan Stade Robert Champro today.
The Nigerian arbiters who have been excellent throughout the competition were ruled out of the Final due to the Qualification of Nigeria's Rivers angels. Their Sterling performance alongside other selected match Officials has contributed to the hitch free Atmosphere at the maiden edition of the African Women's club competition.

In today's 3rd place match, Yemisi Akintoye is the Referee, Mfon Akpan will serve as the Assistant Referee 1 while Ghana's Chakule Alice and Nafissa Sani of Niger are Assistant Referee 2 and Fourth Official respectively.
Nigeria's FIFA and CAF trained Technical Instructor, Felicia Okwugba (Fifa rtd) is the Referee Assessor.
