Nnamdi Kanu's Lawyer Speaks On Sunday Igboho's Release From Prison | READ DETAILS
Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, Special counsel to the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has reacted to the release of Sunday Adeyemo alias Sunday Igboho from Cotonou prison.

AFNEWS had reported that Igboho was granted freedom from the prison on medical grounds. The separatist agitator was however restricted from leaving Benin Republic nor conducting rally. READ HERE

In his reaction, Ejimakjor noted that Igboho's release from prison has confirmed that self determination is neither a crime, nor an extraditable offense.

He expressed confidence that Nigerian courts 'must reverse the injustice meted at Kanu'.

Ejimakor tweeted:
The release of Igboho by Benin Republic has validated the universal law that #SelfDetermination is neither a crime, nor an extraditable offense. If it is, Igboho would've been extradited to Nigeria.
