Obidigbo Reveals Britain's Involvement in Nnamdi Kanu's Detention, Warns Igbo Politicians

Dr. Chike Obidigbo, a respected elder statesman and President of the Osisioma Foundation, has cautioned politicians, particularly those from the South-East, to refrain from worsening the situation of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). Obidigbo emphasized the need for quiet diplomacy rather than politicizing the ongoing demand for Kanu's release.

In a statement released in Enugu, Obidigbo expressed regret over the actions of some Igbo political elites, whom he accused of acting out of ignorance and self-aggrandizement. He stressed that their overzealous behavior is counterproductive and only complicates Kanu's situation.
