OMPAN Congratulates Umuahia North Mayor Victor Ikeji On Conferment Of Doctorate Degree

The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN) has congratulated the Mayor of Umuahia North H/Chief Victor Ikeji on the occasion of his conferment of the academic qualification of Doctor of Philosophy, PhD, by the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN).

Hon.Chief Victor Ikeji is one of Abias best and brightest, who is until recently a Masters Degree holder in Political Science with distinction from the University of Ibadan.
In a congratulatory message signed by the General Secretary Dr Steve Unegbu, OMPAN felicitates with the Mayor.
"Indeed, your quest for knowledge and achievements as a leader is inspiring.
