Court documents sighted by All Facts Newspaper show that the long-running suit, marked CV/510/2023, has been listed for hearing at the Gwarinpa Judicial Division of the FCT High Court. The matter is scheduled to come up before Hon. Justice M. A. Hassan on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, reigniting a legal battle many believed had already been settled.
The renewed court appearance marks yet another chapter in the prolonged legal tussle between Onyejeocha, a former representative of the constituency, and Ogah, who emerged victorious in the 2023 general elections and has since had his mandate affirmed through previous judicial processes.
Despite the recurring court cases, Hon. Ogah has continued to discharge his legislative duties at the National Assembly while maintaining regular engagements with his constituents across Isuikwuato and Umunneochi local government areas.
