The battle for who will win the Abia North senatorial District election in the forthcoming 2023 election, has taking another dimension with the return of an African Heavy Weight Champion, Ambassador Osita Offor, alias Ultimate Commander.

Ultimate Commander who is vying for the Abia North Senatorial seat under the African Democratic Congress (ADC) held the Universal Promotional Wrestling Federation's (UPWF) heavy weight title from 2006 to 2017. The Abuja based Ultimate Commander hails from Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State.

Addressing the people of Ndikpa Ezeama Nneato in Umunneochi on Sunday, the ADC candidate informed them that the poor economic and developmental state of Abia North, triggered his move to represent the people.

He assured that if voted into the senate, the forests in the area will be industrialized to create wealth, improved farming techniques would be adopted to ease farming and an economic map would be put in place to ensure that every member of Abia North is empowered.

" we will industrialize our forests and create industrial parks. I want to create an economic pipeline which will empower every citizen of Abia North. Nneato will be known as the city of billionaires" he said.
He noted that he cannot achieve his plans without the help of the people. He therefore called on them to vote him adding;"If you vote me and I win this election, I promise the youths that everyone will have something doing"

According to Ultimate Commander, the rate of insecurity in the area is owed to lack of job opportunities. He expressed optimism that job creation is one of the measures that will end insecurity.

The ADC senatorial candidate Osita Offor 'Ultimate Commander', equally worshiped with the Methodist Church in Umunneochi, where he sowed seed of faith, supported the Choir and equally revealed how the Church has celebrated him in the past and also supported his dreams.
