Otamkpa Union Hails Governor Otti for Appointing Onyekachi Aguocha DG, State Road Fund

The Otamkpa Development Union (ODU) has expressed profound appreciation to the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, following the appointment of their son, Hon. Onyekachi Ernest Aguocha, as Director General of the Abia State Road Fund.

In a statement jointly signed by its President General, Mr. Onyebuchi Francis Elendu, and Secretary, Comrade Ejikeme Onwuchekwa, the union described the appointment as a landmark decision that has brought pride and renewed confidence to Ndi Otamkpa and the entire Isuikwuato community.

According to the union, entrusting Hon. Aguocha with the leadership of the State Road Fund demonstrates Governor Otti's commitment to competence, accountability, and strategic infrastructure development across Abia State.

The Otamkpa Development Union noted that road infrastructure remains one of the most critical drivers of economic growth, trade, and rural-urban connectivity. They emphasized that placing Hon. Aguocha at the helm of the State Road Fund reflects the Governor's vision of strengthening institutional leadership in key sectors.

Community leaders expressed confidence that Aguocha would justify the trust reposed in him, describing him as a seasoned and capable administrator with the capacity to deliver measurable results.
