The Minority Whip/member representing Arochukwu State Constituency, Abia House of Assembly, Hon. Dr. Onyekwere Mike Ukoha, has celebrated a two time gubernatorial candidate in Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, on his 56th birthday.
In a special message to Dr. Otti, the Lawmaker, described him as a great banker, an entrepreneur, a resource personality, an achiever par excellence and a wonderful politician.

According to the Minority Whip, at 56, Dr. Alex Otti, has achieved a lot and has made giant strides in almost all the facet of life.

As a great banker, Dr. Otti, transformed the banking institution under his watch to the admiration of many, stressing that the ethical rectitude and wisdom he displays in handling issues are wonderful.
