Gov Otti Finally Speaks On His Alleged Use Of N927m For Feeding In 3 Months
Governor Alex Otti has said that the claims that N927million was spent on feeding in the government house, was the work of a hatchet man who was out to paint his government bad.

The governor while fielding questions during the third edition of his monthly media interaction on Friday night, said that someone went to the government's official website, pulled out the figure and added numbers to it to arrive at N927million .

"I don't' eat N1billion in three months"

"When it came out, I said somebody, somewhere must have made a mistake. But drilling further, I found it was a hatchet man's job. It is very easy to run with false news. Once it is sensational, then it becomes exciting.

"Somebody deliberately picked out the number from the website and added some numbers and got to N927million and then went to town to say "they are spending N927million eating in government house"

"There is nothing like that. it is just the job of a hatchet man for a particular purpose. Maybe the person felt he had an ass to grind but he simply failed" the governor stated.
