Tendering the evidence to the Court, lead council to APGA and Dr. Alex Otti Owonikoko SAN cited a section of the electoral act which empowers him to tender those evidence before the court since it is an evidence.

He equally informed the Court of his wish that it will play a video tape which was part of the evidence so that the court could authenticate its true content, adding that such will give fillip to other evidence tendered before it.

But lead Council to the People's Democratic Party [PDP] Dr. Paul Ananaba [SAN] argued that there was a mischaracterization of the document tendered before it by the Council to APGA in serial number 6 and 7 which he said was misleading and prayed that the document should be isolated, pointing out that the report does not include submission of the said evidence. Just as he said that such amounts to prejudice for the evidence to be displayed.
