OVIM: Military Man Allegedly Kills Another Person In Abia Community, Anger Builds |SEE PHOTOS

Anger seems to be building up in Ovim Community in Isuikwuato Local Government Area as another son of the community was allegedly shot dead by a military man around 9:25pm yesterday 3rd January 2022.

Recall that few years again, one Ugochukwu Ihejirika was equally killed by a military man in the same ovim community over a minor skirmish.

Based on the information gathered by ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER, the incident that led to the shooting and killing of Chinonso took place at a shop described as Engineer Shop at Oriendu Market in Ovim. We gathered that the military man demanded late Chinonso to stand up and in between that disagreement the military man allegedly pulled out his firearm and shot Chinonso at the head which instantly killed him.
After the incident, ALL FACTS NEWSPAPER gathered that the military took to his heels while still shooting to scare people away. But the people reacted by chasing him and knocked him down in the process. Military officers immediately came to the scene, moved the body of their officer who was knocked down and that of the person he allegedly shot dead.

Based on the information, it was gathered that the military man threw away his firearm while running for safety.

As at reporting this news, the ovim community people are unhappy and are demanding for proper investigation into the issue, justice and a total stoppage of the activities of deviant military officers.
